We offer free shipping & handling on all Heatwave saunas shipped to the 48 contiguous states. (Expect locations listed below)All Heatwave saunas are shipped via common carrier (i.e. Saia, R & L Carriers, UPS Freight, etc) and require the customer to be home to sign for and offload the truck. Delivery is curbside only.
Here is how the delivery process works:
1) Order is place with us and ships (Usually 3 to 5 days).
2) Freight company will call you to arrange for a delivery window within 5 to 7 days after shipping. This window is usually 4hrs. and is only on business days. They do not delivery on weekends or holidays.
3) The truck (It is an 18 wheeler) will show up during the delivery window.
4) The driver will move the pallet to the end of the truck.
5) Customer is responsible for offloading the sauna. We recommend having a few people there to help. They are heavy.
6) After offloading, inspect for any damage. If you notice damage, you must note it on the bill of lading.
7) Bring sauna inside and setup.
8) Once finished, relax in your new Heatwave sauna.
